4. Delivery charge: Buffet: Min $60. Mini Buffet & Platter & Bento & QQ Rice Roll & QQ Bento: Min $30.
5. An additional surcharge of $10 ($10.70 w/GST) is applicable for central areas denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01,04,05,06,07,08; Marina Square – 03,17; Orchard – 22,23; Bras Basah – 18,19; Jurong Island.
6. Menu is not available for delivery to Downtown East and Sentosa.
7. Delivery changes are subjected to availability of delivery slots.
8. Delivery timings are not allowed to be changed on the event date.
9. For venue without lift landing, $50 surcharge applies to 1st and 2nd, $100 for 3rd and 4th floor. We do not loading to 5th floor and above for safety reason.
10. Setup up buffet timing slot is 7:30am-9.45am, 11am-11.30am, 12.45pm-1.15pm, 2.30pm-3.45pm, 5pm-5.30pm, 6.45pm-7.15pm
Cancellation of Order:
1. Cancellation of order must be more than 3 days. Surcharge of $30 administrative fee are applicable.
2. 50% of the total bill will be chargeable if cancellation of order is made ≤ 3 days prior to event date.
3. 100% of the total bill will be chargeable if cancellation of order is made on event date.
Payment Services:
1. Payment must be made 3 days in advance.
2. Price quoted are subjected to GST.
Points to Note:
1. We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice.
2. We are not liable for any form of food allergy, sensitivity and contamination of food after delivery.
3. We shall not be held liable for the non–performance of our services or late delivery if because of war, riot, strike, flood or any reason not within the reasonable control of the company.
4. Missing or spoilt buffet items are chargeable.
5. Collection time is 3 hours later on event time. Subsequent hour is $10 per hour. A surcharge of $50 is applicable for next day collection at our driver's convenience, and a surcharge of $150 for collection between 11pm-1am latest.
6. We do not provide food container to customer as food is supposed to be consumed within 4 hours
7. We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality.
8. Disposal cutleries is given at 1.5x of number of guest(s)
9. Set Signature Menu is not allowed to change. Any change on menu is subjected to $10 per dish change
